About the Role
RSM US India is seeking a Financial Analyst specializing in General Ledger and Controllership to join their team. This role is best suited for Chartered Accountants with 4 to 6 years of professional experience post qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing procedures effectively.
- Prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheets, and compile financial statements with accuracy.
- Handle fixed asset accounting, intercompany transactions, and revenue accounting responsibilities.
- Assist in the execution of statutory audits, ensure timely financial reporting, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with cross-departmental teams to guarantee precise and transparent financial reports.
- Promote process enhancements, fortify internal controls, and aid finance transformation projects.
