Finance Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Executive to oversee and manage financial operations at our Bengaluru location. This role encompasses cash and revenue management, accounting and reporting, compliance and financial controls, and collaborative support across departments to ensure smooth financial functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cash collections from various counters including Box Office and Concessions, ensuring timely deposits and validating deposit slips against system records.
• Perform daily reconciliation of POS sales, cash, and bank deposits; monitor accuracy of credit card, UPI, and online payments; manage cash float and report discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and maintain daily sales and collection reports, document and verify expense vouchers, petty cash transactions, and vendor payments.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and ledger reconciliations; maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and compliance.
• Support budgeting, variance analysis, and preparation of financial performance reports at the site level.
• Ensure strict adherence to company financial policies, internal controls, and audit standards; coordinate with auditors for periodic reviews.
• Comply with statutory requirements such as GST and TDS; report any financial irregularities or operational variances to the Regional Finance team.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, and Procurement departments to verify expenses and approvals; address vendor payment queries.
• Assist Theatre and Finance Managers with cost control and budgeting efforts.

Eligibility

This position is open to candidates who have completed any graduate degree.
