Role overview
CFGI is hiring a Manager for its Accounting Advisory practice in Dublin. In this position, you will partner with senior leaders at FTSE 100 businesses, mid-market organizations, and early-stage companies, while guiding project teams and working directly with clients and their Big 4 auditors across the full scope of each engagement. The role combines report preparation, client relationship management, technical accounting work, and leadership of consultants.

Key responsibilities
- Work closely with client leadership to resolve complex accounting matters and help prepare recommended solutions.
- Review consultant work relating to operational due diligence for major transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, stock issues, debt financing, and IPOs.
- Assess deliverables covering financial and regulatory information to ensure they align with applicable rules and requirements.
- Investigate, document, and support assignments involving new accounting standards, process improvement, and implementation work.
- Guide and coach consultants, setting an example and offering practical ideas that improve their experience and performance.
- Contribute to hiring activities, client relationship development, and business development initiatives.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background and can work confidently with clients and internal teams. A degree is preferred, but equivalent professional qualifications and experience may also be accepted.
