Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Gold Coast, QLD. The role involves traveling to retail stores throughout New South Wales to implement visual merchandising plans aligned with the brand’s creative strategy, ensuring superior store presentations, coaching retail staff, auditing store conditions, and supporting store openings and transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and adjust visual merchandising plans to maximize store floor appeal and customer engagement.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including folding, hanging, displays, ticketing, and window setups.
- Provide coachings and training to retail staff on visual merchandising fundamentals directly on the sales floor.
- Conduct audits concerning store upkeep, fixture arrangement, and inventory levels, reporting findings accordingly.
- Assist with the setup, launch, relocation, or closure of retail stores as necessary.

- Possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for upholding exceptional brand presentation.
- Communicate effectively and build quick rapport with retail teams across multiple locations.
- Exhibit commercial insight and demonstrate proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management, with the ability to work independently.
- Adaptable and capable of adjusting quickly to shifting priorities.
- Work collaboratively with retail and head office teams while maintaining personal accountability.
