Taste the View, a subsidiary of Ampersand, has been Ireland's premier distributor of Irish Artisan produce for over a decade. We meticulously select and distribute a premium range of Irish products from producers across the country. Our mission is to identify emerging producers with exceptional and innovative products, support their brand development, and provide retailers with a reliable and convenient source for the finest artisan goods available.

We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join us and contribute to our ambitious growth objectives. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be the primary brand ambassador, responsible for cultivating strong client relationships and driving business expansion within the Munster and Southeast regions. This is a fully remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate, nurture, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Promote and sell products to both existing and potential clients within your designated territories.
  • Conduct structured and consistent sales calls across your assigned regions.
  • Achieve sales targets for our entire product portfolio while ensuring adherence to gross margin objectives.
  • Drive product distribution across our diverse range.
  • Build and strengthen customer rapport.
  • Manage customer complaints and process returns as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Sales Representative, particularly within the FMCG sector, is highly advantageous.
  • Possess strong motivation and a results-driven approach with a proven history of sales success.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to establish and maintain productive professional business relationships.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline is considered a plus.
