Job description
Role Overview
This position is for a field-based sales leader focused on growing Home Loan and Loan Against Property business in Pune. The role combines target ownership, team supervision, partner-network development, and coordination with lending institutions to keep the loan journey moving efficiently from lead generation to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives for loan login and disbursement in Home Loans and Loan Against Property.
- Hire, coach, motivate, and support Loan Executives so they can perform consistently in the field.
- Track the team’s daily visits, active pipeline, and productivity levels.
- Create and strengthen relationships with DSAs, property brokers, builders, chartered accountants, and financial consultants to build a reliable lead pipeline.
- Work with credit managers and sales managers at partner banks and NBFCs to help files move smoothly, improve sanction turnaround, and support timely disbursement.
- Oversee the loan case from start to finish, including document accuracy, basic credit review, and coordination between the customer, sales team, and lending partner.
- Keep up with current interest rates, credit norms, and promotional offers from different banks so the team and customers receive up-to-date guidance.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 15,000 to INR 55,000.
