Role Responsibilities
- Prospect and pursue potential sales leads diligently.
- Meet with clients to conduct onsite visits to properties.
- Participate in promotions of newly launched real estate projects as a company representative.
- Provide detailed explanations regarding project offerings and features.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders and channel partners.
- Consistently aim to fulfill or exceed monthly sales goals.
Essential Requirements
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, with a preference for real estate sector background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities to engage clients effectively.
- Possession of personal transport (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) is required.
- A valid driving license to enable site visits and client meetings.
- Basic skills with MS Excel and familiarity with using laptops.
Compensation and Joining
The monthly salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000, supplemented by attractive incentive schemes.
