Job description
Job Summary
We are urgently seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join Paytm's growth team. This role involves working directly under Paytm’s payroll to increase the merchant base by onboarding local shops, retail outlets, and businesses.
Key Duties
- Visiting and onboarding merchants in local markets and retail stores.
- Setting up Paytm QR Codes at merchant locations for seamless transactions.
- Installing and activating Paytm Soundbox devices to support business owners.
- Providing training and ongoing support to merchants regarding device usage and addressing their inquiries.
Requirements
- Ownership of an Android smartphone is mandatory.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter is essential for fieldwork.
Additional Information
Compensation includes a monthly salary ranging from 21000 to 45000 INR with attractive weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses. Official onboarding will be conducted with a direct offer letter from Paytm.
