About the Role
We are looking to hire enthusiastic Field Sales Executives for PhonePe focusing on business loan processes and field sales activities. The role involves onboarding new shops, selling Sound Box products, and revisiting existing clients to foster relationships and drive sales.
Work Location and Schedule
The position is available across multiple cities including Chennai, Trichy, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Thanjavur, Salem, Rasipuram, Namakkal, Tiruvannamalai, Viluppuram, and Puducherry. Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary up to INR 20,000
- Petrol allowance of INR 4,200 per month
- Incentives that may reach up to INR 65,000

- Minimum qualification of 2nd PUC
- Must own and use a bike for official duties
