Job description
Job Overview and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Field Sales Executive is to engage with retail outlets, facilitate their onboarding onto our retail e-commerce platform, and routinely assist retailers in adding products to the platform. This role involves discussing commercial terms and subscription procedures with retailers, coordinating with backend teams for product listings and providing technical support to merchants. Additionally, the executive is expected to provide daily, weekly, and monthly business reports to management and proactively recommend improvements, ideas for overcoming challenges, and contribute to building the next-generation application. Supporting junior team members and working collaboratively as part of the team are also essential aspects of this position.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with any graduate degree or those who have completed 2nd PUC are eligible to apply. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Kannada and English is required. Knowledge of Hindi is also expected, with any additional regional languages considered advantageous. Ownership of a two-wheeler is mandatory for this role.
