About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive at Society First based in Pune, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging societies by compiling relevant databases and researching their legal and technical requirements to secure significant deals with large societies. Your role involves proactive lead generation and revenue acquisition through various outreach methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop databases and research society needs to target large-scale opportunities.
- Generate and collect leads via market research, visits, cold calling, and fresh outreach efforts.
- Represent the company in meetings and customer service engagements to foster new business.
- Devise and execute strategies to meet targets and maximize the potential of your assigned verticals.
- Implement marketing plans encompassing both online and offline campaigns.
- Conduct market surveys and leverage client referrals to generate leads, ensuring timely input into the CRM system.
- Monitor and manage your team while conducting daily meetings to review progress.
- Participate alongside managers in closing meetings to finalize deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships by collecting feedback and updating client databases daily.
- Organize public relations activities such as exhibitions and promotional events to boost sales.
- Coordinate and conduct sales efforts in collaboration with clients and update senior team members on progress.
