Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Emm Aar Knitwears is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to actively promote and sell its range of garments, school uniforms, fabrics, and other apparel items in Ludhiana, Punjab. This position involves frequent visits to various retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional clients to boost product visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit and engage with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional buyers to promote company products.
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects and maintain strong customer relations.
• Carry out market surveys to discover sales opportunities and track competitor movements and industry trends.
• Interact with purchasing managers, shop owners, and decision-makers to understand customer needs and requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to meet daily visit targets and monthly sales goals while documenting all visits, leads, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on field activities.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 0 to 3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development.
• Preference for candidates with experience in garments, textiles, uniforms, or fabric sectors.
• Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently towards targets.
• Comfortable with extensive travel required in field sales.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.
• Owning a two-wheeler and holding a valid driving license is advantageous.
• Educational qualification: Graduate or 12th standard pass with relevant experience.

Additional Information

• Monthly salary ranges from 30,000 to 35,000 Indian Rupees.
