Field Sales Executive

Overview

This role involves crucial field sales activities aimed at expanding business growth in the paint and chemical sector. The Field Sales Executive will foster strong ties with stakeholders such as painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers, to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets. The role requires daily field visits and significant presence at assigned retail outlets to support sales efforts and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with key customers including painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct at least two on-site visits daily to explore and develop new business prospects.
• Spend a minimum of two hours every day at designated stores to engage customers and facilitate sales.
• Lead weekly meetings at shops with applicators to promote product usage and unify the sales approach.
• Submit precise and timely daily sales reports through an online system.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler license for field travel.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Self-driven and disciplined with a focus on achieving performance goals.
• Preferred minimum qualification of graduation.
• Experience between 6 to 12 months in channel sales sectors like AP/Akzo, laminates, plywood, electricals, lubricants preferred.
• Fresh graduates or sales professionals from insurance or banking backgrounds with a sales inclination are welcomed to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Net monthly take-home pay ranging from INR 16,000 to INR 22,000, negotiable.
• Monthly allowances: MWA of INR 5,000, plus travel reimbursement ranging between INR 2,000 to INR 5,000 depending on profile.

• Potential for permanent absorption after one year based on performance.

Additional Information

• Work locations are restricted to Raipur, Bilaspur, and Raigarh and require onsite attendance.
• Applicants must be between 18 to 30 years old and only males are eligible.
• Candidates must reside in one of the specified locations and be fluent in the local language.
• The position operates on a day shift basis under third-party payroll arrangements via 2Coms Consulting Pvt Ltd.
• The position welcomes freshers as well as individuals with over one year experience in field sales, channel sales, or related sales fields such as banking or insurance.
• Applicants should hold a graduate or postgraduate degree from any academic year.
