Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Executive specializing in field sales marketing. Candidates must have their own two-wheeler for commuting and should be male with at least a 12th-grade education. This position is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard merchants and conduct follow-up visits.
- Regular visits to customer locations to facilitate sales.
- Sell sound-boxes and upsell smart boxes for shop onboarding.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary: Base CTC of ₹20,000 with an in-hand salary of ₹16,500.
- Travel allowance of ₹2,500 included.
- Performance-based incentives ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000.
- Salary is credited on the 1st of every month.
- Sunday is a fixed weekly off.
- Promotional opportunities available within three months based on performance.
