Field Mobiliser - Kerala

Overview

We are seeking a proactive Field Mobiliser based in Kerala to promote international career prospects through extensive fieldwork and forming partnerships with local institutions. This role is crucial for spreading awareness and driving candidate engagement in collaboration with educational and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular visits to designated field areas within Kerala to engage potential candidates and partner organizations.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with ITIs, colleges, hospitals, industries, NGOs, training centers, and community groups.
• Coordinate and lead awareness sessions including seminars, job fairs, and career counseling events.
• Identify and generate qualified candidate leads, scheduling them for counseling sessions.
• Assist in local marketing campaigns, referral drives, and promotional efforts to boost outreach.
• Report daily on field activities, incorporating market insights and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate closely with the counseling team to enhance lead conversion and increase enrollments.
• Represent the organization professionally at all field events and engagements.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Must be a resident of Kerala.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain extensive professional networks.
• Preparedness for frequent travel within the assigned regions.
• Preferably at least six months’ experience in roles such as field sales, marketing, business development, mobilization, outreach, or community engagement.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a bonus.

Additional Information

Salary offered is INR 24,000 per month for this role.
