Role Summary

This full-time position based on-site in Vijayawada requires visiting customers, dealers, and project locations to promote M Wholesales' product lines. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, distributing promotional materials, generating leads, supporting sales efforts, gathering market insights, and nurturing strong local partnerships. Coordination with sales and marketing teams and participation in regional campaigns and events are integral parts of the role, alongside consistent reporting on field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and perform local marketing activities to promote interior and exterior product lines.
• Engage with customers, dealers, and project sites to demonstrate products and distribute promotional content.
• Identify potential leads and assist in sales processes to achieve targets.
• Collect and relay market feedback to the internal teams for strategic updates.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and partners within the region.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing departments and participate in local promotional events and campaigns.
• Prepare and submit regular reports documenting field activities and results.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in field marketing, including strategy and execution.
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication capabilities for product presentation and team coordination.
• Demonstrated sales aptitude with a record of converting leads and reaching objectives.
• Familiarity with interior and exterior building products or related industries is advantageous.
• Comfortable with local travel within Vijayawada and surrounding areas and capable of working autonomously.
• Basic competency in mobile and desktop applications for documentation and communication.
• Preferred diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidate must possess a personal bike for local travel.
• Residence should be in or near Vijayawada.
• Readiness to commence employment immediately.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in field sales.

Additional Information

Compensation is expected in the range of 3 to 4 Lakhs per annum.
