Role overview

Saint James Tea is hiring a highly organized and proactive Field Marketing Manager to take charge of national trade show delivery while also supporting East Coast field marketing activities and demo programs. The role is a blend of planning and hands-on execution, suited to someone who enjoys moving between strategy, logistics, and on-the-ground brand experiences that bring the product to life.

The position reports to the Director of Field Marketing and works closely with the Trade Marketing Manager, the West Coast Field Marketing Manager, the Sales team, and the Partnerships & Events team.

National trade shows and industry events

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution for national trade shows and industry events.
  • Handle schedules, vendor coordination, staffing, travel, badges/credentials, shipping, and overall event logistics.
  • Oversee booth setup, product stock, event collateral, and day-of execution.
  • Work with Sales and Trade Marketing to create strong customer engagement at events.
  • Prepare recaps, performance reports, and post-event evaluations.
  • Act as the main contact for trade show planning and execution.

Demo program management

  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager to run national demo initiatives.
  • Coordinate demo agencies, staffing partners, schedules, and reporting.
  • Support retailer-specific activations and customer marketing efforts.
  • Track program results and help ensure consistent execution across markets.
  • Collect recaps, photos, and insights for internal stakeholders.

East Coast field marketing and events

  • Plan and execute East Coast field marketing programs, sponsorships, consumer events, and sampling activations.
  • Manage logistics for staffing, product, shipping, inventory, travel, and assets.
  • Develop relationships with event organizers, retail partners, distributors, and community partners.
  • Support brand-building activities that drive awareness, trial, and consumer engagement.

Brand ambassador management

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise East Coast brand ambassadors.
  • Coordinate staffing for events, demos, and activations.
  • Manage ambassador communication, scheduling, and performance standards.
  • Ensure field teams represent the Saint James brand consistently and professionally.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Partner with the Director of Field Marketing on national strategy and execution.
  • Align with the West Coast Field Marketing Manager on staffing approaches, program planning, and best practices.
  • Work with Sales, Trade Marketing, Partnerships & Events, Creative, and Social teams on priority initiatives.
  • Support content capture and share event insights and recaps.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, event marketing, trade marketing, or a similar area.
  • Background in beverage, CPG, wellness, or consumer brands is preferred.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with trade shows, events, sampling programs, or field teams.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Comfort managing several projects at the same time while meeting deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel often, including evenings and weekends.

Location and travel

This is a remote position, with preference for candidates based in New York City or Florida. The role requires approximately 50% to 70% travel for national trade shows, major events, market visits, and field activations.
