Role Overview

The Field Execution Manager is responsible for improving sales through stronger in-store execution and ensuring that distributor activity in the field is carried out to a high standard. This role combines distributor oversight, local retail sales, in-store merchandising, and administrative coordination. The goal is to ensure retail execution aligns with brand standards and contributes to growth in sales and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular sales visits with key local and regional retail field leaders.
  • Negotiate better in-store execution during both promotional and non-promotional periods, including extra shelf space, cooler placement, and display execution in priority accounts.
  • Partner with commercial marketing teams to deliver best-in-class retail activations.
  • Review distributor performance each month, identify gaps, and build action plans to improve results.
  • Work alongside district managers and field teams to set and reinforce in-store execution expectations.
  • Serve as the main contact for distributor account managers when issues or opportunities arise.
  • Train and support distributor sales teams on brand messaging and product knowledge.
  • Track inventory levels, shelf placement, and promotional compliance to maintain strong stock availability and visibility.
  • Develop and sustain strong distributor relationships aligned with sales objectives.
  • Spend time in stores working directly with retailers and store staff to expand brand presence.
  • Improve product positioning on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Collect field insights on customer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Record daily sales activity, customer interactions, and distributor updates in CRM tools.
  • Track order progress and follow up to help ensure timely delivery to distributors and retail partners.
  • Handle customer questions, issues, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering territory performance, goals, and key observations.

Requirements

  • 3 to 10 years of experience in sales, field execution, distributor management, or a comparable position within beverage, FMCG, or CPG industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Comfort using Excel, PowerPoint, and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-directed and able to work effectively in fast-moving, entrepreneurial settings.
  • Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory; a driver’s license is required.
  • Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, active vehicle liability insurance, and a driving record that meets Nutrabolt’s MVR policy requirements.
  • Reliable smartphone with camera capability from the last 3 years for CRM use and field photo capture.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more and meet the physical demands of the role.
