Field Equipment Inspector (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a self-driven Field Equipment Inspector fluent in Arabic, based in Dubai, who is passionate about meticulous hands-on inspections. This role involves extensive travel and active fieldwork to uphold the highest quality standards for heavy equipment evaluation.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of diverse heavy machinery across sectors such as Mining, Construction, Transport, and Agriculture, while documenting findings using a dedicated inspection application.
• Travel frequently both within the GCC and internationally, often for periods of up to two weeks, covering remote sites.
• Prepare equipment for inspection by coordinating necessary tasks.
• Strategically plan inspection routes to maximize efficiency in remote locations.
• Provide support during auction events and ensure proper execution of day activities.
• Select appropriate inspection checklists tailored to unique equipment types and ensure data accuracy.
• Assess and detail the condition of equipment, making professional judgments about inspection type adjustments based on actual findings.
• Communicate effectively to resolve equipment identification and inspection readiness challenges.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the inspection app and data processing systems.
• Organize daily responsibilities to facilitate smooth sales processing across multiple product channels.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in equipment-related industries.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Relevant industry accreditations are advantageous.
• Fluent native-level Arabic speaker with advanced proficiency in English.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time both locally and internationally.
• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously, prioritize time, and maintain high-quality output under pressure.
• Physically capable of performing tasks that require climbing on/off machinery, walking, kneeling, and lifting objects up to 20 kg.
