Job Overview
This role is for a Field Executive focused on telecom site acquisition for new build opportunities. The position is based in Ongole and is offered on a full-time temporary/contractual basis under the payroll of Quess Corp.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings in gated communities and housing societies with relevant stakeholders to identify suitable site locations.
- Visit municipal offices and engage with councilors and chairpersons to secure site identification and resolution support.
- Negotiate with landowners and provide convincing discussion where required to move the site acquisition process forward.
- Coordinate with police stations and OSDs to support resolution of site-related matters.
- Take a proactive approach toward securing sites in high-rise buildings, hospitals, and government properties for Indus telecom installations.
- Ensure all required documents are completed and compliant so the first rent can be released without delay.
Experience and Compensation
A minimum of 2 years of field sales experience is mandatory. The annual CTC starts from INR 3.25 lakhs and will be determined based on the candidate’s current salary. The role is managed under an outsourced partner payroll.
