- Act as the central communicator between stakeholders, end users, and the delivery team to confirm that stories match expectations.
- Make sure stakeholders align on decisions and strategy, and provide developers with clear direction and outputs.
- Own each phase of delivery and the final product so backlog items stay aligned with the overall vision and goals.
- Continuously refine the backlog, manage dependencies, and review product progress throughout each iteration.
- Take part in PO and/or ART sync meetings, system demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops to help drive improvements and quality enhancements.
- Work with the business owner to understand needs, manage scope, and add or remove user stories as needed.
- Communicate requirements clearly to the Agile team and help negotiate priorities, team effort, and dependencies.
- Stay in close contact with the Product Manager to understand business goals and the value stream.
- Contribute heavily to Program Increment planning, story definition, estimating, and sequencing.
- Support planning, refinement, review, and execution for product development.
- Work with stakeholders to define and organize the next steps needed for the following iteration.
- Resolve questions, attend demos of committed work, and help the team stay aligned.
- Participate in team ceremonies to improve processes, identify opportunities, and support task execution.
- Keep the end user’s needs front and center so delivered solutions meet expectations and produce the intended outcomes.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
