Role overview
The F&B Brand Manager is entrusted with shaping the direction of the assigned brand and supporting its commercial expansion. This role focuses on strengthening brand performance, maintaining quality, and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.
Core responsibilities
- Support profitability while protecting quality standards across sales, stock movement, and shrinkage by aligning brand activities effectively.
- Recommend and coordinate brand training initiatives, ensure standards are followed, and propose improvements to raise overall effectiveness.
- Study pricing, competitors, and market segments to help meet store targets and provide regular brand-related reports and data.
- Oversee new market launches and expansions, working with franchisors, Country Managers, and corporate teams to validate new outlets and designs.
- Organize events, promotions, sales drives, and special marketing campaigns in partnership with the Marketing team and suppliers.
- Work with Operations Managers on selecting menu items and products that suit local market preferences.
- Prepare seasonal budgets with Country Managers and monitor results against operating plans and standards.
- Produce monthly financial and non-financial brand performance reports for the F&B President.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, motivation, and performance evaluation of team members so the team can perform to its full potential.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required; an MBA is considered an advantage.
- Between 7 and 9 years of experience in Food & Beverage or a comparable field is needed, including 3 years in a managerial position.
- HACCP certification or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Strong familiarity with financial and accounting systems and procedures is expected.
- English fluency is essential; knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or French is an added benefit.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office is required.
