About the Role

Pammys, a rapidly expanding footwear brand acclaimed as Europe's fastest-growing e-commerce label by the Financial Times, seeks a dedicated Fashion Design Assistant to join our creative design team. We are headquartered in Hamburg with additional offices in Kiel and a large logistics center in Lensahn, employing over 100 people. As we embark on a significant phase of international growth aiming for mid nine-figure revenues, this office-based role will immerse you in the heart of our design and development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing new collections and style concepts.
• Create and maintain sketches, moodboards, and color/material schemes.
• Support in preparing and updating technical specification packs (Tech Packs).
• Help with fittings by documenting necessary modifications.
• Conduct trend and market research to inspire new design ideas.
• Manage and track samples and prototypes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to facilitate design workflows.
• Handle various organizational duties within daily design operations.

Candidate Profile

• Completed studies or vocational training in fashion design, textile design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• A keen sense of current trends, styles, and aesthetic detail.
• Organized, meticulous, and capable of independent work.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and enthusiasm for creative collaboration.
