Position Summary
Saint Bernard is seeking a fashion-focused copywriter who can turn a premium lifestyle brand into persuasive, customer-ready language. In this role, you will create copy for product pages and other marketing touchpoints, helping define how shoppers experience the brand’s style, quality, and perspective. The position suits someone who can move comfortably between sharp campaign headlines and search-friendly product descriptions, and who keeps a close eye on fashion, fabric, and retail trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop polished, engaging, brand-aligned copy for product descriptions, promotional emails, website banners, and social media content.
- Maintain a steady and recognizable brand voice across channels while adjusting tone for different formats and audiences.
- Apply SEO fundamentals and strategic keywords to product and category pages to support stronger organic visibility.
- Stay current on fashion trends, fabric developments, styling directions, and competitor positioning so content remains relevant and accurate.
- Work with Design, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure copy supports visual campaigns and broader business goals.
- Review and refine all content for clarity, correctness, consistency, and customer appeal before it goes live.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading ability, with a strong sense of voice and tone.
- Practical familiarity with the fashion sector, consumer behavior, and retail merchandising cycles.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts as they apply to e-commerce writing.
- Creative and flexible, with the ability to shift between different campaign needs, content formats, and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–3+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or another consumer lifestyle category.
