Facility Manager - Prestigious Client

Role Summary

The Unit Head will be charged with supervising housekeeping and soft service operations at a facility in Jamnagar. This position demands leadership in manpower management, sustaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring seamless facility operations daily. The incumbent will need to work closely with the client, monitor service quality, and uphold safety and operational guidelines.

Primary Duties

• Oversee management of housekeeping and soft service activities at the assigned facility.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, hygiene, and established standards.
• Plan manpower requirements, supervise staff, and manage shift schedules.
• Liaise with clients to fulfill operational and service needs.
• Track and manage inventory, including consumables and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules, hygiene protocols, and company procedures.
• Compile daily operational reports and upkeep records.
• Address and resolve any operational challenges to maintain high-quality services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate degree or diploma in Hospitality, Facility Management, or related disciplines.
• 8 to 15 years of practical experience in housekeeping or facility soft services operations.
• Experience managing large-scale facilities, such as hospitality venues, hospitals, industrial townships, or hospitality wildlife campuses is advantageous.
• Strong leadership capabilities paired with effective communication and client interaction skills.
• Familiarity with housekeeping machinery, chemical handling, SOPs, and compliance with safety standards.
• Competence in MS Office applications and reporting tools.
