Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee property management operations in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience and proficiency in both Arabic and English. A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise property management company's adherence to contractual obligations.
- Track maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion within Service Level Agreements.
- Review and approve operational reports prior to forwarding to management.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections, document findings, and manage required follow-up actions.
- Manage occupancy data, vacancies, lease agreements, and maintenance issues collaboratively with the management company.
- Implement meeting decisions, document minutes, and monitor action progress.
- Facilitate coordination between property management and engineering teams to ensure prompt project execution.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance and maintenance reports.
- Maintain comprehensive databases covering buildings, units, contracts, and inspection records.
- Report critical observations, risks, and recommendations to management and coordinate corrective measures.
