About the Role
Security & Risk Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Management Trainee to join their team in Singapore. This role involves the comprehensive maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of buildings within the company's facilities. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of building management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and perform maintenance on building structures, interior and exterior finishes, windows, doors, and flooring.
- Undertake carpentry tasks, including door repairs, lockset maintenance, and replacement of door and window hardware.
- Install partitions and ceilings, and perform repainting tasks.
- Engage in floor finishing work, such as carpet, vinyl, and timber installations.
- Install and test new equipment, and provide demonstrations to clients on their usage and maintenance.
- Address plumbing and sanitary issues, including repairing leaks and replacing sanitary components.
- Order necessary parts for repairs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Facilities Management environment. A Professional Certificate or ITE/NTC certification in Mechanical, Air-Con, Electrical, or Facility Management is required.

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Singapore.
