Facilities Director

About the Role

Cedartown Foods is seeking a seasoned Facilities Director to oversee the facilities operations across its multi-unit restaurant portfolio. The successful candidate will manage the facilities team, establish and implement repair and maintenance strategies, handle vendor relations, and ensure all restaurants adhere to safety, efficiency, brand, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute company-wide facilities strategies, processes, and standards.
• Manage repair and maintenance operations including preventative upkeep and emergency responses.
• Oversee vendor partnerships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.
• Control facilities budgeting, monitor spending, manage warranties, and track assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, IT, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Provide facilities assistance for acquisitions, special projects, and equipment upgrades.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in facilities management and repair & maintenance.
• At least three years in leadership roles overseeing facilities teams, vendors, or technicians.
• Experience in the restaurant sector is mandatory; preference for quick service restaurant (QSR) multi-unit environments.
• In-depth understanding of building systems including HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
• Strong skills in budgeting, vendor management, and analytical assessment.
• Familiarity with management and communication tools such as ServiceChannel, Monday.com, or Restaurant365.
