Role Overview
Lakmé is expanding and seeking an Export Area Manager responsible for increasing the company's footprint in international markets by identifying and managing distributors, providing them with partnership tools to meet set objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships and continual follow-up with existing distributors.
- Coordinate training sessions and promotional activities alongside the training and marketing teams.
- Represent and organize company participation in industry trade fairs, events, and forums.
- Identify and secure new distributors worldwide.
- Contribute to defining and preparing the annual sales budget for assigned markets.
- Monitor the area budget, analyzing deviations and suggesting corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly and yearly reports for management review.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent English skills (minimum C1 level).
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication, public speaking, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately 40% of the time.
- Analytical ability to interpret sales data, extract insights, and present findings effectively to management.
- Team-oriented, prioritizing collective success alongside personal achievement.
- A minimum of 3 years of autonomous commercial experience managing client portfolios.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the cosmetics or related industry is advantageous.
