Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join us on-site in Surat, Gujarat. This full-time role involves engaging with international clients and helping expand our project portfolio through strategic bidding and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Create tailored, persuasive proposals that convert leads into projects.
- Analyze clients' project requirements and liaise with the technical team to align proposals.
- Maintain professional communication with global clients.
- Manage lead generation activities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential customers to enhance conversion rates.
- Keep meticulous daily records of bids, leads, and project statuses.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for bids submitted.
- Continuously improve the quality of proposals to increase project win rates.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
- In-depth knowledge of Upwork and similar freelancing platforms.
- Outstanding English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in writing effective proposals and engaging clients professionally.
- Experience with lead generation and gathering client requirements.
- Basic understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Shopify, WordPress, or related IT services.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented with a strong desire to grow professionally.

Additional Information
This position requires onsite presence at our Surat office, located at Time Trade Centre, 275, Vesu Canal Rd, Opposite Polaris, Magob, Puna, Surat, Gujarat – 395010. Candidates must be based in Surat or willing to relocate. Remote work is not an option for this role.
