Job Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Remote Online Notary based in Florida to remotely perform notarizations using digital platforms in accordance with state laws. The role demands high professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure secure and seamless notarization services for a diverse range of documents, including legal and financial transactions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform remote notary acts using modern digital tools compliant with Florida regulations.
• Verify the identity of document signers to uphold the integrity and security of the signing process.
• Handle an array of documents such as legal contracts and financial paperwork.
• Deliver outstanding customer service ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all clients.
• Engage in training sessions and strive for continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
• Keep meticulous records of notarization activities performed.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the software and services to respond effectively to client inquiries and provide correct solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a permanent resident of Florida and able to work remotely from within the state.
• Possess a valid Certified Remote Online Notary Public license issued by Florida.
• Have a minimum of one year’s experience conducting remote online notarizations.
• Maintain Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance coverage.
• Available during standard business hours with at least 10 hours of work availability weekly.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant remote notarization technology platforms.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to critically analyze situations.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team initiatives and goals.
