About the Role
Aahar Express, a cloud kitchen and food cart located on Runhola Road, Mundka, is seeking a skilled Indian cook. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing traditional daily vegetable dishes such as chole, rajma, kadhi, matar paneer, black chickpeas, and flavorful potatoes. Additionally, the cook will prepare lentils, rice, raita, and salad, along with large quantities of tava rotis. A consistent taste for over 100 daily tiffin meals is essential.
Work Schedule and Salary
The shift is in the morning (specific hours to be confirmed). Salary ranges from ₹14,000 to ₹20,000 per month depending on experience.
Experience and Qualifications
Applicants should have at least 2 years of cooking experience, preferably with tiffin services, mess, or canteen setups. No educational qualifications are required.
Additional Information
- A paid one-day trial will be conducted, with ₹500 compensation.
