Role overview

You will manage full-desk recruiting work by developing new business, filling roles through Jobot’s recruiting technology, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. The role is best suited for someone who already has agency recruiting experience and thrives in a metrics-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Bring in new client opportunities and help retain existing accounts through strong business development skills.
  • Use the company’s ATS and recruiting tech stack, including Jax, to source and match candidates to open positions.
  • Approach every interaction with kindness and respect while representing the company’s culture.

What the company is looking for

  • At least 2 years of recent or current experience working in a staffing agency.
  • Proven full-desk recruiting ability, including both client acquisition and candidate placement.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals, revenue targets, and other performance metrics.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn or Salesforce is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and benefits

  • Base pay range of $75,000 to $500,000 per year.
  • Commission and bonus structure tied to performance.
