Role Overview

We are inviting applications for Experienced Agency Recruiters with a minimum of two years in staffing agency roles. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $500,000 annually. You will utilize your sales acumen and full-desk recruiting expertise to attract and retain clients and candidates using our advanced technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new business accounts leveraging strong sales skills.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using the Jax applicant tracking system.
• Maintain professionalism and lead interactions with kindness and respect.

Qualifications and Expectations

• A minimum of two years of experience in an agency recruiting environment.
• Proven ability to handle full-desk recruiting tasks including client development and candidate placement.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding placement and revenue goals.
• Strong ability to foster and maintain relationships internally and externally.
• Preferred experience with ATS systems such as Bullhorn or Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
