Role overview
This position sits within the Solutions Center of Excellence and focuses on crafting polished demo experiences and internal tooling that help Solution Engineers and Sales teams communicate product value clearly. The work spans the full design cycle, from discovery and prototyping to testing, delivery, and iteration, with an emphasis on scalable, evidence-based solutions that improve how products are presented in high-stakes customer and sales situations.
You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other stakeholders to turn complex capabilities into intuitive flows, scenarios, and visual experiences. The role is also tied to strengthening the clarity, consistency, and usefulness of the demo ecosystem while supporting Salesforce’s broader focus on AI-enabled innovation.

Core responsibilities
- Create refined demo experiences and enablement materials that help Solution Engineers tell compelling product stories in customer-facing settings.
- Convert complex product capabilities into simple, usable flows, scenarios, and visual interfaces.
- Design UI solutions that align with established design systems and product standards.
- Build interactive prototypes that communicate product value effectively.
- Produce supporting visual assets such as presentations and communication design pieces when needed.
- Use feedback from Solution Engineers, Sales, Product partners, and demo usage patterns to guide design decisions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve demos for usability, clarity, and impact.
- Apply available research, feedback, and usage data to refine experiences over time.
- Revise designs based on internal feedback and observed usage behaviour.
- Partner with engineers to ensure solutions are practical and delivered to a high standard.
- Prepare clear design handoff documentation.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and broader teams.
- Collaborate smoothly across product, engineering, sales, and strategy functions.
- Show initiative, flexibility, and confidence in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- Strong grounding in UX and UI design principles, including accessibility and inclusive design.
- Proven experience designing digital products or complex interfaces, backed by a portfolio that shows end-to-end thinking and delivery.
- Hands-on proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience using user research insights to shape design choices.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional settings.
Bonus capabilities
- Interest in emerging technologies, particularly generative AI and agentic systems.
- Exposure to AI-driven experiences or AI-supported workflows.
- Practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools in day-to-day work.
- Experience in motion design, presentation design, or visual storytelling.
- Curiosity about new tools, technologies, and modern ways of working.
