Role Overview
Miratech is looking for an Executive Vice President, Managed Services to shape and deliver the long-term growth plan for this business area. The position carries full accountability for revenue expansion, profitability, customer success, service strategy, and the ability to scale operations effectively. The successful candidate will also strengthen the commercial approach and operational performance of Managed Services while keeping it aligned with the company’s broader objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and drive the short- and long-range strategic, commercial, and financial direction for Managed Services in line with Miratech’s overall growth plans.
- Establish, grow, and lead Managed Services as a distinct business line with responsibility for recurring revenue, margin improvement, operational excellence, and client value creation.
- Own core business performance metrics, including recurring revenue, forecasting, financial planning, margin expansion, efficiency improvements, and investment oversight.
- Design and roll out business plans, operating structures, commercial models, and investment priorities together with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and other internal teams.
- Scale the function by creating repeatable service models, standardized workflows, automation capabilities, and disciplined client management practices.
- Manage the complete customer journey, from commercial conversion and onboarding through service delivery, renewals, expansion, and ongoing customer success.
- Carry out additional duties aligned with the purpose of the role as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to own or strongly influence P&L outcomes, including growth, profitability, forecasting, investment choices, and scaling operations.
- Deep background in IT services, managed services, cloud services, consulting, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or a closely related model.
- Experience creating and expanding commercial offerings, productized services, managed service structures, or recurring-revenue businesses.
- Strong command of customer lifecycle management, including enterprise sales, strategic account growth, renewals, customer success, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, with the capability to influence senior stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams.
