Job Overview

This position is responsible for verifying the accuracy, quality, and compliance of customer visit information through extensive field audits. The role requires conducting face-to-face customer verifications, validating recorded visit data against system records, and evaluating the performance of collection interactions. Detailed audit reports must be created that identify discrepancies and suggest corrective measures. Additionally, the role involves contributing to training efforts to ensure collection agents comply with audit standards and company policies, promoting consistent field operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to customer premises to confirm the accuracy of details documented by collection agents, such as contact information, visit schedules, and interactions outcomes.
• Verify visit data by cross-checking with internal system records to detect inconsistencies or errors.
• Assess the quality of customer engagement and the efficiency of the collection process.
• Compile comprehensive audit reports highlighting observations, recommendations, and areas needing improvement.
• Support the creation and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing collection agents’ understanding of audit protocols and best practices.
• Ensure all field operations adhere to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience in field auditing or related roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication along with interpersonal skills.
• Competency in computer use and familiarity with software such as CRM platforms and data analysis tools.
• Capability to operate independently while also collaborating effectively within teams.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable means of transportation.
• Experience within the collections sector and knowledge of relevant regulatory standards are advantageous.
• Understanding of the geographic regions relevant to audit activities is a plus.
