Job Summary
This role is for a meticulous and service-minded Wardrobe Executive who will help keep daily wardrobe functions running smoothly. The position focuses on issuing, receiving, monitoring, and maintaining uniforms so that staff are always properly equipped and grooming standards are upheld across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the day-to-day distribution, collection, and tracking of uniforms.
- Keep uniform records accurate and well documented.
- Support periodic stock checks and general inventory control.
- Liaise with laundry service providers regarding cleaning timelines and delivery arrangements.
- Carry out simple sewing, repairs, and minor alterations when needed.
- Ensure the wardrobe area remains tidy, orderly, and hygienic.
- Respond to straightforward uniform-related questions from staff members.
- Work in line with standard operating procedures and wardrobe guidelines.
Requirements
- Diploma in Hotels, Hospitality Management, or a similar qualification is required.
