Role Overview
As a Christian executive leadership coach with Kingdom Factor, you will support and develop leaders from any location within the United States through remote coaching engagements. This flexible position accommodates both full-time and part-time schedules, allowing coaches to personalize their workload and work setting while embedding Christian values into leadership development.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of ten years' experience in coaching, mentoring, or business consulting.
- Proven strong leadership and effective communication capabilities.
- Adept at integrating faith-based perspectives with practical business insights.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing leadership development programs.
- Motivated by a desire to make a positive impact on clients and communities.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Ability to function autonomously from any location across the U.S.
- Familiarity with Christian values and the principles of the Kingdom.
- Experience within the Christian business community and possession of coaching certifications are beneficial advantages.
