Job description

Role Overview

The Executive Business Partner plays a critical role in driving forward the research team's business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient support to executives and team members. This position requires anticipating management and team needs to allow focus on core projects by proactively addressing administrative and operational challenges. The role demands agility in a dynamic environment and up-to-date proficiency with the latest Google tools and products to strategically enable team success. Ideal candidates are organized, analytical, and possess strong judgment and communication abilities to engage effectively across diverse roles and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and update calendar events, preparing meetings for executives or the team without supervision.
  • Handle all expense management tasks autonomously.
  • Evaluate office space requirements and advocate for them with limited oversight.
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external programs and events, overseeing event logistics through collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Organize all aspects of travel arrangements independently.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years administrative experience within technology or international settings involving core administrative duties such as travel coordination, expense reporting, calendar management, and facility coordination.
  • Preferably at least 8 years of administrative experience supporting executives in corporate environments, including managing small projects and events from planning through execution.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation ranges from $117,000 to $170,000 annually, complemented by a 15% target bonus, equity options, and other benefits.
