Role Overview
PhillipCapital in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Development professional to help expand its Phillip Wealth Advisory business. This opportunity is especially welcoming to current or former financial advisers who are interested in recruitment, relationship building, and business growth. The role focuses on attracting new Financial Advisory Consultants and Wealth Managers while strengthening partnerships that support the firm’s advisory network.
What You’ll Do
- Source and bring in new contractual Financial Advisory Consultants (FACs) and Wealth Managers.
- Partner closely with team leaders and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with team leaders on recruitment-related matters.
- Build strong working relationships with internal departments and business units.
- Contribute ideas to improve candidate attraction and outreach.
- Host and moderate recruitment webinars and seminars for prospective candidates.
- Deliver briefings and respond to questions through seminars and social media channels.
- Conduct interviews and support the onboarding of suitable candidates.
- Develop and sustain relationships with institutions to support outreach, career fairs, webinars, and recruitment collaborations.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in any discipline.
- Background in financial services will be an advantage.
- CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, and HI certifications are a plus.
- A positive mindset and strong motivation to succeed.
- Good communication skills, both one-on-one and in group or seminar settings.
- Interest or familiarity with basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA is preferred.
- Storytelling ability, flexibility, and an engaging personality are valued.

The role is based in Singapore and is a full-time, onsite position. It is open to individuals who can contribute with strong interpersonal skills, innovative thinking, and a drive to support the growth of the wealth advisory division.
