Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a vital, high-profile capacity that goes beyond standard administrative duties. This position is ideal for those seeking to quickly gain comprehensive insights into business operations at the crossroads of e-commerce and entertainment. Your core duties will include managing the CEO's calendar, arranging meetings and travel, and assisting in executing key projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to efficiently manage his schedule and travel plans, communicating effectively with internal teams, external contacts, and vendors.
- Create, edit, and proofread diverse documents such as meeting agendas, memos, project plans, presentations, and materials for specific initiatives.
- Maintain and organize various trackers, reports, and databases to support administrative functions.
- Gradually learn to set priorities for meetings, regulate duration, evaluate agendas, and ensure all participants receive relevant information beforehand.
- Establish and nurture productive relationships with the leadership team by demonstrating consistent follow-up and urgency.
- Respond promptly to requests, which may arise beyond regular business hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Work physically in the office five days a week to facilitate frequent interactions with the team and enhance operational efficiency.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000 annually.
