Role Overview
OuterSignal is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a high-trust position that sits close to the company’s daily operating rhythm. You will support the CEO directly and also help the wider executive team stay organized, focused, and able to move at the pace the business requires.
This role is best suited to someone who does not wait for instructions or simply manage a calendar. You should be able to foresee needs, handle complex coordination independently, and improve how the organization runs behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
You will own executive coordination across scheduling, logistics, communication, and operational support. In addition to assisting the CEO, you will help the leadership team stay aligned and prepared for internal and external commitments.
