Overview
A high-profile role has opened up to provide senior-level executive support to the Chief Executive Officer at a technology-driven, growth-focused firm based in Southern California. This full-time, onsite position offers an opportunity to become an integral part of the CEO's office by managing high priority tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle a dynamic and frequently updated CEO calendar.
- Organize and coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Develop and prepare comprehensive executive communication materials, including agendas, presentations, reports, and talking points.
- Monitor and ensure completion of decisions, commitments, and action items derived from executive meetings.
- Administer board and committee meeting logistics, documentation, and subsequent follow-ups.
- Support investor relations activities such as meetings, roadshows, and confidential executive sessions.
- Filter and prioritize incoming requests, escalating matters that require CEO attention appropriately.
- Maintain precise records including expenses, travel documentation, project trackers, and confidential files in line with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with senior leaders throughout the organization to advance CEO priorities.
- Leverage AI-powered and modern productivity tools to enhance research, scheduling, communication, and overall executive effectiveness.
Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience providing direct support to a CEO within a complex, fast-evolving company environment.
- Recent hands-on experience serving the CEO of a publicly traded company, ideally in the current or most recent job role.
- Proven expertise managing board meetings, governance processes, and high-level executive follow-through.
- Experience backing investor relations, financing events, and significant external corporate engagements.
- Strong capability managing intricate executive schedules and travel plans autonomously.
- Advanced skills in generating executive-level presentations, reports, written correspondence, and briefing documents.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) and comparable platforms.
- Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
- Outstanding communication, organizational acumen, judgment, confidentiality, and reliability.
- Willingness to work onsite five days per week with occasional flexibility beyond standard office hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a CEO amid periods of substantial company growth, transformation, or increased public exposure.
- Background in technology sectors, including software, digital solutions, financial services, or other innovation-driven industries.
- Familiarity with board portals, project management tools, travel management, and expense reporting software.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of directly relevant professional experience.
Compensation & Additional Information
