Position Overview
This role entails providing high-level administrative support to the CEO of a fast-moving, high-performance company based in San Francisco. The successful candidate will manage complex schedules, handle extensive email correspondence, coordinate meetings and travel, and serve as a professional liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain a dynamic and complex executive calendar.
- Effectively manage a large volume of emails, prioritizing urgent and competing requests.
- Compose professional correspondence representing the executive.
- Arrange meetings, travel plans, and daily operational logistics.
- Communicate respectfully and confidentially with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of five years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of email and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to make independent, sound decisions.
- High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical integrity.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Comfortable and proficient with contemporary digital communication tools and workflows.
Additional Requirements
- Commitment to working onsite Monday through Friday.
- Residence within approximately 30 minutes commute from central San Francisco, specifically near Presidio Heights.
- Experience supporting a CEO, Founder, President, or equivalent top executive is strongly preferred.
