Key responsibilities

- Support office operations through mail distribution, filing, copying, scanning, document tracking, and word processing.
- Organize business travel end to end, including logistics, itineraries, meeting coordination, and remote support while traveling.
- Work closely with station leadership teams across News, Community, Broadcast Technology, Creative Services, Programming, Digital, Finance, Human Resources, and corporate functions.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, corporate partners, community groups, and outside stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
- Contribute to the broader administrative team by supporting peers and sharing routine support duties.
- Assist with special assignments and other tasks as needed.
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience providing executive-level support to senior leaders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
- Proven skill in handling several priorities at once and adjusting quickly to changing business needs.
- Strong judgment and a demonstrated ability to protect confidential information.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
Preferred qualifications
- 4 or more years of experience supporting executives in media, broadcast television, entertainment, or another fast-paced setting.
- Exposure to project coordination and collaboration platforms.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday and SAP for requisitions, expenses, procurement requests, approvals, and reporting.
- Comfort with AI-enabled workplace tools and openness to adopting new technology that improves productivity.
Education
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant work experience.
What you bring
- A polished executive presence and strong professionalism.
- Sound decision-making and practical problem-solving ability.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to stay effective under pressure and meet deadlines.
