Role Overview
The Events & Project Manager will join the Creative Services team, collaborating with events, content, and design experts. This role involves overseeing a diverse range of creative initiatives including live events, content creation, and comprehensive project management for corporate and B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage varied creative projects, from podcasts to graphic design briefs and thought leadership report development.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, managing expectations and ensuring top-quality project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to facilitate smooth execution of campaigns and activations.
- Lead event strategy and administration, organizing logistics and staging for formats like conferences, webinars, roundtables, and VIP dinners.
- Develop strong partnerships by sourcing venues, suppliers, and keynote speakers.
- Contribute to campaign theme development and produce engaging copy including thought leadership articles and LinkedIn content.
- Conduct research to keep campaign offerings competitive and well-informed.
- Assist in preparing proposals for new business to expand the agency's reach.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience combining project management, event coordination, and copywriting.
- Proven track record of flawlessly merging event logistics with compelling editorial output.
Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in delivering virtual, hybrid, and physical events for corporate clients alongside strong content creation capabilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Excellent copywriting and creative skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster constructive relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Enthusiasm for networking and ongoing personal/professional development via events and seminars.
- Effective team player comfortable contributing during client and internal meetings.
Location and Work Pattern
Position based in London with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days per week at the office.
Compensation
Salary range from £38,000 to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
