Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner organization, which will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The company is seeking an Events & Partner Marketing Manager in the United States.
You will lead a high-ownership marketing function that sits at the crossroads of events, partnerships, and demand generation. The role spans both in-person and virtual programs that contribute directly to pipeline growth. You will plan and deliver everything from trade shows and customer dinners to webinars and partner-driven campaigns in a fast-paced SaaS setting.
The position combines practical execution with strategic ownership. You will be responsible for managing details such as logistics and vendor coordination, while also helping shape messaging, positioning, and performance analysis. Close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Creative, and Revenue Operations will be essential so that every initiative supports revenue objectives. A major part of the role is cultivating partner relationships and converting those connections into repeatable co-marketing programs. This is well suited to a marketer who enjoys variety, precision, and measurable results in a highly collaborative environment.
What you will do
- Take ownership of the complete events schedule, covering webinars, trade shows, dinners, happy hours, and co-sponsored activations.
- Handle full event delivery from start to finish, including venue selection, vendor management, budgets, invitations, registration, and on-site coordination.
- Run webinar programs end to end, from planning and speaker management to landing pages, promotional materials, and post-event content sharing.
- Create and launch pre-event and follow-up campaigns through email and social channels to improve attendance and conversion rates.
- Manage post-event outreach in HubSpot workflows, working with Sales to ensure timely and segmented follow-up.
- Measure event outcomes using attribution tools, dashboards, and CRM data to evaluate pipeline contribution and return on investment.
- Share event findings and performance insights with marketing leadership, including cost per lead and revenue influence data.
- Oversee co-marketing partnerships with ecosystem and SaaS partners, coordinating joint webinars, newsletters, and shared campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales, Creative, and Revenue Operations to keep execution aligned across all initiatives.
- Improve event operations, reporting, and partner program processes to boost efficiency and scale.
What the employer is looking for
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on event planning and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage events from concept through reporting and optimization after the event.
- Background in partner marketing or co-marketing programs, preferably in SaaS or ecommerce settings.
- Shopify ecosystem familiarity is considered an added advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, including workflows, lists, email automation, forms, and reporting.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar software.
- Ability to analyze attribution and assess how events influence pipeline performance.
- Strong writing skills for emails, landing pages, social posts, and event promotion assets.
- Excellent multitasking and project coordination skills in fast-moving, detail-oriented environments.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with comfort moving between strategic planning and operational delivery.
Compensation and benefits
Compensation is described as competitive and aligned with market benchmarks for marketing positions. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility while you help build and grow a global events and partner marketing function. You will gain exposure to leading SaaS and ecommerce ecosystem partners, work within a collaborative cross-functional team, and have opportunities for growth across marketing, partnerships, and demand generation. The environment includes modern tools such as HubSpot and Asana, with direct influence on pipeline generation and revenue performance.
