Role overview
Pipeline Theory is expanding quickly and is seeking an ambitious Events Assistant to join the team in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants genuine responsibility, strong career momentum, and growth in the events industry.
What you’ll do
- Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of a large volume of events across different sectors.
- Work alongside senior colleagues on scheduling, logistics, supplier coordination, and communication with clients.
- Support the creation of event ideas and help prepare proposals and pitch materials.
- Take an active, on-site role during events and own the tasks assigned to you.
- Look for ways to improve efficiency and strengthen internal event processes as you develop in the role.
