Role Summary

FAENA The Red Sea is looking for a reliable and energetic Housekeeping Runner (Saudi National) to support the housekeeping department. The role is central to the smooth daily running of the resort by moving supplies, linen, amenities, and equipment wherever they are needed. The position works closely with room attendants, public area attendants, laundry, and other operational teams to help maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, order, and service.

What You Will Do

  • Transport linen, towels, guest amenities, and housekeeping materials to guest floors and operational spaces.
  • Replenish pantries, storage areas, and service stations throughout the working shift.
  • Help move clean linen across the resort in an organized and timely manner.
  • Remove used linen and waste from assigned areas.
  • Provide operational support to room attendants and public area attendants when needed.
  • Keep pantries, corridors, storage rooms, and back-of-house areas tidy and well organized.
  • Support deep-cleaning tasks and special housekeeping projects.
  • Assist with guest room setup and turndown service when required.
  • Respond quickly to housekeeping needs and guest-related requests.
  • Track stock levels and inform supervisors when supplies run low.
  • Help record, sort, and manage linen and housekeeping inventory.
  • Report equipment faults, damaged items, and safety concerns without delay.
  • Store housekeeping tools and supplies correctly and safely.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness rules at all times.
  • Work in coordination with housekeeping, laundry, engineering, and other departments to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

Applicants should hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Prior exposure to housekeeping, hospitality, customer service, or a similar environment is preferred. The role requires strong organization, good time management, and the ability to perform effectively in a busy, fast-moving setting. Candidates should also be comfortable working as part of a team and communicating clearly with colleagues.

Additional Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of housekeeping operations is an advantage.
  • Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving supplies during the shift.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to support day-to-day operational needs are important.
